Section 33-24-05-754 - Response to releases1. A universal waste transporter must immediately contain all releases of universal wastes and other residues from universal wastes.2. A universal waste transporter must determine whether any material resulting from the release is hazardous waste, and if so, is subject to all applicable requirements of chapters 33-24-01 through 33-24-04, 33-24-06, sections 33-24-05-01 through 33-24-05-559, and 33-24-05-800 through 33-24-05-1149.
