Section 33-24-05-124 - Special requirements for incompatible wastes

Incompatible wastes, or incompatible wastes and materials (see appendix III for examples of incompatible wastes and materials), may not be placed in the same surface impoundment, unless the owner or operator complies with subsection 2 of section 33-24-05-08.
