Section 33-24-05-681 - Disposal
1.Disposal of hazardous used oils. Used oils that are identified as a hazardous waste and cannot be recycled in accordance with sections 33-24-05-600 through 33-24-05-689 must be managed in accordance with the hazardous waste management requirements of 33-24.
2.Disposal of nonhazardous used oils. Used oils that are not hazardous wastes and cannot be recycled under sections 33-24-05-600 through 33-24-05-689 must be disposed in accordance with the requirements of 33-20.
