Section 33-24-05-1014 - Availability, retention, and disposition of records1. All records, including plans, required under sections 33-24-05-950 through 33-24-05-1149 must be furnished upon request, and made available at all reasonable times for inspection, by a duly designated officer, employee, or representative of the department.2. The retention period for all records required under sections 33-24-05-950 through 33-24-05-1149 is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action involving the facility or as requested by the department.N.D.
