Section 33-24-05-302 - Monitoring, analysis, inspection, response, reporting, and corrective action

Monitoring, testing, analytical data, inspections, response, and reporting procedures and frequencies must ensure compliance with sections 33-24-05-06, 33-24-05-17, 33-24-05-42, 33-24-05-43, 33-24-05-44, 33-24-05-58, and 33-24-05-301 as well as meet any additional requirements needed to protect human health and the environment as specified in the permit.
