Section 33-24-05-300 - Applicability to miscellaneous units

Sections 33-24-05-300 through 33-24-05-309 apply to owners and operators of facilities that treat, store, or dispose of hazardous waste in miscellaneous units, except as section 33-24-05-01 provides otherwise.
