Section 33-24-05-890 - Eligibility for the transportation and disposal conditional exemption

Eligible waste must be:

1. A low-level mixed waste, as defined in section 33-24-05-850, that meets the waste acceptance criteria of a low-level radioactive waste disposal facility;
2. An eligible NARM waste, defined in section 33-24-05-850; or
3. Both a low-level mixed waste and an eligible NARM waste.
