The requirements of sections 33-24-05-800 through 33-24-05-819 apply to owners or operators who store munitions and explosive hazardous wastes, except as section 33-24-05-01 provides otherwise. (Note: Depending on explosive hazards, hazardous waste munitions and explosives may also be managed in other types of storage units, including containment buildings (sections 33-24-05-475 through 33-24-05-500), tanks (sections 33-24-05-103 through 33-24-05-117), or containers (sections 33-24-05-89 through 33-24-05-102); see section 33-24-05-825 for storage of waste military munitions.)
