Section 33-24-05-89 - Applicability of requirements for use and management of containers

Sections 33-24-05-89 through 33-24-05-102 apply to owners and operators of all hazardous waste facilities that store containers of hazardous waste, except as section 33-24-05-01 provides otherwise.
