Section 33-24-05-63 - Disposal or decontamination of equipment, structures, and soils

During the partial and final closure periods, all contaminated equipment, structures, and soils must be properly disposed of or decontaminated unless otherwise specified in sections 33-24-05-110, 33-24-05-122, 33-24-05-135, 33-24-05-167, or 33-24-05-180. By removing any hazardous wastes or hazardous constituents during partial and final closure, the owner or operator may become a generator of hazardous waste and shall handle that waste in accordance with all applicable requirements of 33-24-03.
