Section 33-24-05-60 - Closure performance standard The owner or operator shall close the owner's or operator's facility in a manner that:
1. Minimizes the need for further maintenance;2. Controls, minimizes, or eliminates, to the extent necessary to protect human health and the environment, postclosure escape of hazardous waste, hazardous constituents, leachate, contaminated runoff, or hazardous waste decomposition products to the ground or surface waters or to the atmosphere; and3. Complies with the closure requirements of sections 33-24-05-59 through 33-24-05-73, including the requirements of sections 33-24-05-97, 33-24-05-110, 33-24-05-122, 33-24-05-135, 33-24-05-151, 33-24-05-167, 33-24-05-180, 33-24-05-301 through 33-24-05-303, and section 33-24-05-477.N.D.
