Section 33-24-03-76 - Unwanted material that is not solid waste or hazardous waste1. If an unwanted material does not meet the definition of solid waste in section 33-24-02-02, the unwanted material is no longer subject to sections 33-24-03-60 through 33-24-03-77, or to 33-24, North Dakota hazardous waste management rules.2. If an unwanted material does not meet the definition of hazardous waste in section 33-24-02-03, the unwanted material is no longer subject to sections 33-24-03-60 through 33-24-03-77, or to 33-24, North Dakota hazardous waste management rules, but must be managed in compliance with any other application rules, or conditions, or both.N.D.
