Section 33-24-02-200 - Applicability to air emission standards for tanks and containers1. The requirements of sections 33-24-02-200 through 33-24-02-214 apply to tanks and containers that contain hazardous secondary materials excluded under the remanufacturing exclusion at subdivision z of subsection 1 of section 33-24-02-04, unless the tanks and containers are equipped with and operating air emission controls in accordance with the requirements of an applicable Clean Air Act regulation codified under 40 CFR part 60, part 61, or part 63.N.D.
