Section 33-14-04-13 - Mechanical requirements New construction or major remodeling shall conform to national accepted practices such as ASTRAE.
1.Heating and ventilation systems (this will apply to existing licensed facilities).a. Temperatures. A minimum temperature of sixty-eight degrees to seventy-two degrees Fahrenheit [20 degrees to 22.22 degrees Celsius] shall be provided for all occupied areas at winter design conditions. b. Ventilation systems. An adequate ventilation system shall be maintained. 2.Plumbing and other piping systems. All plumbing and piping systems shall conform to state and local plumbing codes.
