Section 32-04-01-08 - Discontinuance of students

Each cosmetology school shall notify the board in writing within five days after the discontinuance of the course. The written notification shall contain the name of the student, the last-known address or home address of the student, the reason for the discontinuance, and a statement of the hours completed by the student. Upon reentrance to the school, an application shall be submitted to the board in the same manner as new student applications.
