Section 30-05-03-15 - Kota-Ray Dam

Motorboat operators on the waters of Kota-Ray Dam in Williams County must operate their boats at idle speed only. "Idle speed" is defined as operating the motorboat at the slowest possible speed necessary to maintain steerage.
