Section 30-05-03-06 - Watershed Dam No. 4

(Fordville Dam). Motorboat operators on the waters of Watershed Dam No. 4 (Fordville Dam) on the Forest River in Grand Forks County must operate their boats at idle speed only. "Idle speed" is defined as operating the motorboat at the slowest possible speed necessary to maintain steerage.
