Section 28-02.1-10-01 - Examinations1. The engineering and land surveying examinations are held when offered by the national council of examiners for engineering and surveying (NCEES).2. A state-specific examination for registration as a professional land surveyor pertaining to land surveying laws, procedures, and practices in North Dakota shall require a passing score determined by the board. Individuals passing the national council of examiners for engineering and surveying (NCEES) principles and practices of land surveying exam may receive access to this exam after board approval of their application. Applicants will be given one year to pass the examination.3. The board may require one or more questions in examinations measuring familiarity with the code of ethics. Similarly, in furtherance of the board's determination of rehabilitation of a registrant whose registration has been subject to disciplinary action, an examination on the code of ethics may be required.N.D.
