Section 17-03-02-02 - Peer review1. Peer review must be performed by a committee of three individuals appointed by the board. Membership on the committee shall consist of three licensed chiropractors, none of whom may be in a direct or indirect business or personal relationship with the provider, insurer, or patient whose care is being reviewed.2.
