Section 112-02-03-01 - RequirementsAll active licensees shall complete:
1. A jurisprudence seminar sponsored by the board within twelve months after an initial license has been issued to practice naturopathy in North Dakota.2. A minimum of forty hours of approved continuing naturopathic education (CNE) credits biennially. Only hours earned at board-approved continuing naturopathic education programs will be acceptable. One hour of credit is earned for every fifty minutes of approved continuing education.3. Five of the forty hours of approved continuing naturopathic education credits must be topics on pharmacology.4. An extension of time or other waiver to complete the hours required in this section shall be granted upon written application if the licensee failed to meet the requirements due to illness, military service, medical or religious missionary activity, or other extenuating circumstance.N.D.
