A minor use pesticide fund grant may be used for conducting or commissioning evaluations, studies, or investigations approved by the board to obtain or maintain a pesticide registration for a minor crop, minor use, or other use in North Dakota. These evaluations, studies, activities, or investigations may be conducted by North Dakota state university or may be secured by the board from other qualified laboratories, researchers, or contractors by written contract.
