Each individual taking the examination must be informed that the individual has the right to submit in writing any complaint the individual may feel justifiable as a result of participating in the examination process, but the complaint must be filed with the board within ten days of the examination. The board's decision as to appropriate action is final in regard to board consideration. If a complaint involved one of the members of the board, that member must be excused from the deliberation.
