Section 10-16-10-02 - Eligibility

1. Only points accumulated within the Points for Prizes® program in the player's North Dakota Lottery Players Club® account may be used to enter any Points for DrawingsT drawing.

2. Entrants must have a valid U.S. address in order to register and participate.
