Section 01O .0110 - PERFORMANCE CYCLE(a) The standard State government performance cycle shall be from July 1 through June 30, with the exception of the universities who shall have a standard performance cycle from April 1 through March 31.(b) The annual performance evaluation shall be completed (i.e., documentation provided and ratings assigned), approved, discussed with employees, and entered into the system of record within 60 calendar days of the cycle end date.(c) The State Human Resources Director may change the dates of the standard performance cycle for business-related reasons with a statewide impact; however, all covered employees shall be notified a minimum of 60 calendar days prior to the start of the new performance cycle. The need to change the dates of the standard performance cycle will be determined through consultation with the statewide Performance Management Program Manager.25 N.C. Admin. Code 01O .0110
