Section 61 .0704 - GRANTING OR DENYING HEARING REQUEST(a) The Board shall grant a request for a hearing if it determines that the party requesting the hearing is a "person aggrieved" within the meaning of G.S. 150B-2(6). Whenever the Board proposes to deny, suspend, or revoke a license, or issue a letter of reprimand to a licensee, the licensee shall be deemed to be a person aggrieved.(b) The denial of a request for a hearing shall be issued immediately upon decision, and in no case later than 60 days after the submission of the reasons leading the Board to deny the request.(c) Approval of a request for a hearing shall be signified by issuing a notice as required by G.S. 150B-38(b) and explained in Rule .0705 of this Section.21 N.C.
