Section 57B .0302 - COURSE CONTENT(a) All courses shall consist of instruction in the subject areas outlined in the Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria as implemented by The Appraisal Foundation's Appraiser Qualifications Board, which is hereby incorporated by reference, including subsequent amendments and editions, and can be found at www.appraisalfoundation.org at no cost.(b) Partial credit shall be awarded when only part of the course covers the subject areas outlined in the Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria as implemented by The Appraisal Foundation's Appraiser Qualifications Board.(c) On or before the first class meeting day of the Basic Appraisal Principles course, the instructor shall give to each student a handout prepared by the Board regarding the trainee registration process and the process to upgrade to a licensed or certified appraiser.
