Section 48B .0104 - EXEMPTIONS

A person seeking an exemption from licensure requirements pursuant to G.S. 90-270.101(a)(8) or (9) shall submit the Request for Exemption form approved by the Board (www.ncptboard.org), or a written request that includes license number and contact information. An exemption issued pursuant to G.S. 90-270.101(a)(8) or (9) expires on the next annual renewal date.
