Section 18C .0803 - CAPACITIES: DETERMINING TOTAL VOLUMEThe total volume of a pressure tank shall be calculated by applying the principle of Boyle's Law as set forth in this Rule.
(1) For a mobile home park, the total volume measured in gallons shall be not less than 25 times the number of connections or 500 gallons, whichever is greater.(2) For a residential community water system the total volume shall not be less than 40 times the number of connections or 500 gallons, whichever is greater.(3) For a campground, the total volume shall not be less than 10 times the number of connections or 500 gallons, whichever is greater.15A N.C.
