(a) Ice shall be obtained from a water supply approved by the Division of Marine Fisheries pursuant to Rule .0413 of this Subchapter and shall be stored and handled in a manner to prevent contamination and keep the ice clean.(b) All equipment used in the handling of ice shall be used for no other purpose and shall be cleaned and sanitized at least once each day the facility is in operation.15A N.C.
