Section 10H .1301 - SALE OF NATIVE TURTLES(a) Buying or selling any native turtle species is prohibited except for snapping turtles (Chelydra serpentina) with a curved carapace length of 13 inches or greater as authorized by 15A NCAC 10B .0119.(b) Violators shall be subject to a replacement cost per individual turtle that shall equal the replacement cost for "species with no open season" as set forth in 15A NCAC 10B .0117(c).15A N.C.
