Section 10C .0319 - WHITE PERCH

(a) There is no daily creel limit for White Perch.

(b) There is no minimum size limit.

(c) There is no closed season.

(d) In and west of Haywood, Buncombe, and Rutherford counties, it is unlawful to transport, possess, or release live White Perch.
