Section 07I .0510 - COMMISSION REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE LOCAL IMPLEMENTATION AND ENFORCEMENT PLAN

The local implementation and enforcement plan adopted by any local permit-letting agency shall be submitted to the Commission for review. The Commission shall evaluate the proposed local implementation and enforcement plan as required in G.S. 113A-117(c) and shall assess the plan in terms of the local land use plan, the CAMA Land Use Planning Guidelines described in 15A NCAC 07B .0100, and the Coastal Area Management Act.
