Section 03O .0211 - PROTECTION OF PRIVATE SHELLFISH INTEREST

It is unlawful to use any trawl net, long haul seine, swipe net, dredge, or mechanical method for clams or oysters on any shellfish lease or franchise unless it has been duly authorized by the Fisheries Director as provided in 15A NCAC 03K .0206 and 03K .0303.
