Section 02H .0912 - ADJUSTMENTS FOR FUNDAMENTALLY DIFFERENT FACTORS

The regulations regarding variances from national categorical pretreatment standards for fundamentally different factors promulgated by the EPA and codified as 40 CFR 403.13 are hereby incorporated by reference, including any subsequent amendments and editions.
