Section 02B .0620 - WATER SUPPLY WATERSHED PROTECTION PROGRAM: PURPOSE

Rules .0620 through .0624 of this Section set forth the minimum statewide water supply watershed protection requirements applicable to each Water Supply classification, as provided in 15A NCAC 02B .0212 through 02B .0218.
