Section 10B .0910 - USE OF GUEST PARTICIPANTS

Instructors certified pursuant to 12 NCAC 10B .0908 and 10B .0909 shall be the primary presenter at each class session of every offering of any Detention Officer Certification Course. A guest participant in a class session shall only be used to complement the instructor, and the instructor shall have direct on-site supervision of the guest participants.
