Section 41C .0701 - DEFINITION

The following definitions apply in this Section:

(1) "Elevated blood lead level" means a blood lead of > 0 µg/dL.

(2) "Non-elevated blood lead level" means all blood lead levels that are 0 µg/dL or an undetectable amount.
