Section 13E .0701 - MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

There shall be written policies and procedures developed and implemented regarding:

(1) medication administration;

(2) documentation of medication administration;

(3) maintenance of documentation;

(4) documentation and reporting of medication errors; and

(5) medication storage and disposition.
