Section 13E .0206 - DENIAL AND REVOCATION OF LICENSE(a) The Division of Health Service Regulation shall deny any licensure application if the applicant fails to comply with G.S. 131D-6.1 and the rules of this Subchapter.(b) A license may be revoked by the Division in accordance with G.S. 131D-2.7 and G.S. 131D-6.1.(c) The Division shall notify the applicant of a denial of its application or revocation of its license by certified mail stating the reasons for the denial or revocation.(d) When an overnight respite service provider receives a notice of revocation, the administrator shall inform each participant and the participant's responsible party of the notice and the reasons for the revocation.10A N.C.
