Section 09 .3016 - PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS

North Carolina licensed administrators, teachers, and teacher assistants employed by public and nonpublic schools shall participate in professional development consistent with the level of education and type of educator licensure required for employment in accordance with 10A NCAC 09 .3011, 09 .3012, and.3013.
