At the discretion of the museum, permission may be granted to publishers, film-makers, and others to reproduce photographs of art works in the museum's collections for art-related purposes, provided that conditions are met as set forth in an agreement provided by the museum and signed by both parties. Publishers may be required by the museum to provide free of charge or at reduced cost one or more copies of the publication (or of relevant pages) containing the approved reproduction.
