Section 24A .0203 - DETERMINATION AS TO DISCLOSURE(a) If the Chief Counsel or designee determines that the applicable law does not permit disclosure of the requested information, the Chief Counsel or designee shall provide written notification to the person making the request. The notice shall state reasons for the denial, including the applicable law prohibiting disclosure.(b) Where there is specific information in a record that is prohibited from disclosure, the specific information shall be deleted or redacted before providing the requested record.04 N.C.
