Section 19L .1105 - ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

(a) Recipients may contest Departmental actions with respect to this Subchapter under the Contested Case Hearing Procedures set forth in G.S. 150B and 26 NCAC 03 - Office of Administrative Hearings, Hearings Division.

(b) The Department may also commence contested case hearing procedures against recipients pursuant to G.S. 150B and 26 NCAC 03 - Office of Administrative Hearings, Hearings Division.
