Section 11 R13-08 - FACSIMILE SERVICEProviders of facsimile service:
(a) May charge an unregulated rate for the facsimile portion of the service; and(b) Shall conspicuously display rates and charges for the facsimile portion of the service on or near the facsimile device.04 N.C. Admin. Code 11 R13-08
