Section 6173.2 - Definitions

When used in this Part:

(a) The term provider agency shall mean a county, municipality, unit of local government, college or university, law enforcement agency, or not-for-profit entity.

(b) The term eligible driver shall mean the driver of a livery vehicle.

(c) The term livery vehicle shall have the same meaning as set forth in section 837-h(4) of the Executive Law.

(d) The term commissioner shall mean the commissioner of the Division of Criminal Justice Services.

(e) The term division shall mean the Division of Criminal Justice Services.
