Section 6030.5 - Replacement of vests

(a) Any vest damaged or destroyed due to use in service, improper laundering, abuse or any other reason shall be removed from service and replaced with an appropriate vest.

(b) Any vest which sustains one hit from a firearm shall be considered a damaged vest.
