Section 6020.4 - Requirements for approval of a basic course
(a) No later than 45 days prior to commencement of a basic course, the course director shall file a copy of the proposed curriculum with the commissioner. This curriculum shall be in a form prescribed by the commissioner and shall include:
(1) course location and sponsor;
(2) a chronological listing of topics; including the date, time and number of hours allotted to each topic;
(3) the names of instructors and the type of instructor certification held by each instructor; and
(4) The name of the course director as defined in section 6020.1(b) of this Part.
(b) The commissioner may require any additional information deemed necessary for the purposes of approving a curriculum.
(c) The commissioner shall make an individual written certification for each basic course conducted when in his or her judgment the information furnished warrants such action.
