Section 5008.1 - Definitions

The following definitions apply to this Part.

(a) Lotto means a lottery game that has a designated field of consecutive whole numbers beginning with 1 and ending with 59 from which a player may select up to 6 numbers.

(b) Prize pool or winning pool means a percentage of the gross sales, as may be determined by the commission, for a particular Lotto game that is allocated for the purpose of paying prizes for that drawing.
