The sale of offering for sale of any merchandise within one-half hour prior to, during, or within one-half hour after the conclusion of any bingo occasion is prohibited, except for the sale or offering for sale of bingo supplies by the licensee or the sale of food or refreshments, if authorized by the licensee.
