Section 4205.2 - Procedure for revocation

No license shall be revoked unless such revocation is at a meeting of the commission on notice to the licensee, who shall be entitled to a hearing in respect of such revocation. In the conduct of such hearing, the commission or a commissioner or hearing officer shall not be bound by technical rules of evidence, but all evidence offered shall be reduced to writing, and such evidence, together with the exhibits, if any, and the findings of the commission shall be permanently reserved and shall constitute the record of the commission in such case. The action of the commission in refusing, suspending or in revoking a license shall be reviewable in the Supreme Court in the manner provided by and subject to the provisions of article 78 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules.
